Tutorial for purchasing and setting up your domain name.

This tutorial will help you to purchase and setup a domain name on our system. Just follow the steps below.

#1: Click here and enter your desired domain name in the box labelled, "Start Your Domain Name Search Here" then press the Search button. If the domain name is available it will be check-boxed and you should click on Continue to go to the next step. If the domain name is not available you will need to try out other names until you find an available domain name that you like.

#2: One or more pages of promotions will be offered to you during the signup process. You can accept or decline the offers and advance to the next step of the signup process.

#3: Fill in the required information on the Domain Registration Information page. If this is the first time that you are registering a domain name at KingDomains.biz then you should select the option, "I would like to create a new KingDomains.biz account."

#4: Continue on until you get to the page entitled, "Choose a Public or Private Registration". On this page you can choose whether to pay an extra fee each year to have your personal data made private (name, address and email address). Below this you can choose the number of years that you'd like to register the domain name for. You may receive a discount if you register the domain name for multiple years.

#5: IMPORTANT: On the same page as in step 4 there will be some text that says, "If you're hosting these domains elsewhere, click here to set nameservers". Click on that link and enter NS1.0CATCH.COM into the first set of boxes that will appear and NS2.0CATCH.COM into the second set of boxes. You can leave the other boxes empty.

#6: Click "Continue" or "Proceed to Checkout" on the next few pages until you get to the page entitled, "Review Your Shopping Cart". Check that your order is correct, select the boxes labelled, "Domain Registration Agreement" and "Universal Terms of Service", choose your preferred payment method and click on "Checkout Now".

#7: Enter your payment information on the secure checkout page and then continue until the order has been completed.

NOTE: It will take between 24 to 48 hours for your domain registration to be processed by the registrar and propagated around the internet. We recommend that you wait at least 24 hours after registering your domain name before signing up for JamminWeb.com domain hosting which is option number 2 in the signup area located here. If your domain information hasn't been processed you will receive an error message like, "I am sorry, we show no record that this domain name has been purchased yet." In such a case you will need to wait another 24 hours or so until your domain information has been processed.
